Identifying gaps in Terra Bioindustries' filed patent application

Terra Bioindustries created an extraction process that uses spent grains from breweries to produce protein and fiber products. They collaborated with the Conestoga Food Research & Innovation Lab (CFRIL) to understand how this alternative protein source compares to other protein sources. The Centre for Commercialization (C4C) identified gaps in Terra Bio’s filed patent application.
