About the project

This research examines the behavioural factors that shape supply chain decisions within Canada’s logistics sector. By looking beyond technical systems and processes, the project focuses on how individuals and organizations make decisions that affect sourcing, inventory management, distribution, and overall supply chain performance.

The challenge

Supply chains are often analyzed through operational and technological perspectives, yet many outcomes are influenced by human decision-making. The project sought to better understand how strategic, tactical, and operational choices affect supply chain effectiveness and organizational performance.
