Sales coach
Balyodh Gill is a sales coach, mentoring the next generation of great high-tech, B2B sales reps in the Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective’s Sales Lab. As a seasoned faculty member, he combines his teaching expertise and coaching skills to deliver the new Sales Lab for BDS experience in the business development and sales post graduate program. Balyodh is also a key member of the coaching team in the Sales Lab for Founders program, advising founders on developing their go-to-market strategies, sales processes and prospecting engines.
Balyodh possesses specialized skillsets in go-to-market strategies, sales training, account management, channel and partner management, consultative selling, business development, selling to C-suite, sales process and leadership coaching. He is passionate about creating solutions for clients that are driven by a commitment to shared growth. His work is grounded in four key values: empathy – understanding wants and needs, efficiency – promoting smarter selling, education – sharing knowledge for team success and engagement – fostering meaningful business connections.
Balyodh holds an accounting diploma from Conestoga College and a bachelor of business from James Cook University.
