As a venture coach with the Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective’s Venture Lab, Christianna supports founders along their entrepreneurial journey, offering guidance, tools and mentorship to help transform early-stage ideas into scalable ventures.
Christianna brings more than a decade of experience across the insurance, tech and academic sectors. She began her career at Manulife’s project management office, where she trained project teams and supported the rollout of enterprise-level systems. She went on to manage large-scale client implementations in the tech industry as a program and project manager, bridging technical and business teams to deliver high-impact results.
Christianna has also pursued several entrepreneurial ventures, ranging from a monetized travel YouTube channel to a camping gear rental company. She now leads Octopodi Technologies, a startup gaining strong early traction. Her diverse background positions her as a creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of innovation, technology and business.
Christianna holds a BBA in technology management from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBET from the University of Waterloo. She is a certified PMP and certified scrum master.
