Eric Neaves
Professor and program coordinator
Eric Neaves is full-time professor (chef) in the School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts and program coordinator for food and beverage management.
He has over 10 years of experience working in restaurants throughout South-Western Ontario, and five years working in post-secondary education.
Eric’s education includes a “Cook” Red Seal trade certification, a M.Ed. and is currently working on his MBA.
Research interests: leadership, culinary education, sustainable food systems, community development projects.
