
Erin Sevigny, RN, R.Kin, M.Ed., CIC
Training specialist
As a registered nurse and registered kinesiologist with a professional master of education, Erin brings more than 15 years of health care experience working in acute, mental health and long-term care settings, and in team-based chronic disease management within primary care as a manager and front-line provider.
Erin completed her bachelor of human kinetics at the University of Guelph, her bachelor of nursing at Trent University and her professional master of education at Queen’s University. She also holds a certification in infection control (CIC) and completed a mini-MBA certificate in essentials of business management from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
Erin brings experience in implementation science, data analytics, IT, quality assurance and performance improvement, clinical and strategic management, organizational development, and program development, management and evaluation.
As training specialist with the Centre for Health Care Research & Innovation, Erin draws on her combined background in health care and education to lead applied research initiatives.
