Jeff Paddock is the partnership development manager of Conestoga’s Smart Manufacturing and Advanced Recycling Technologies (SMART) Centre, located in Cambridge.

He received his bachelor of business administration in international business management, with focuses in supply chain management, project management, and operations management. 

After graduation, Jeff has accumulated a career focused on identifying organizational issues and providing customized solutions. 

Beginning in the world of CAD/CAM software, Jeff built a reputation as an attentive, responsive account manager while building experience working with a wide range of firms, from small father/son machine shops to large multinational aerospace manufacturers, as well as government organizations. 

In a subsequent leadership role at an industrial supply distributor, Jeff effectively navigated his team through the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic, addressing the significant impacts on the supply chain with skill and foresight.

Prior to joining the SMART Centre, Jeff had been working as business development manager for a robotics automation integrator. In this role, he worked across North America, collaborating with both large and small firms to develop systems solutions aimed at enhancing efficiencies in manufacturing facilities. Jeff's career is distinguished by his persistent focus on delivering customized solutions and fostering robust partnerships across various industrial sectors.
