
Kyla Rotobilsky
Manager, Simulation and Learning Innovation
Kyla Rotobilsky is the manager of Simulation and Learning Innovation at Conestoga College. She is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), graduating from Conestoga College in 2008 as the first graduating class of the program.
She has experience working clinically as a RRT in both acute care settings and within the community. Currently, she continues to apply her expertise in practice at a private clinic, where she remains actively involved in patient care.
With over 11 years experience working in post-secondary education, Kyla has specialized in clinical simulation, providing students with hands-on learning opportunities that has helped bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.
She is passionate about advancing healthcare education through innovative technologies, interprofessional collaboration, and simulation best practice.
