She is a change agent and problem-solver, adept at facilitating strategic support, and leading organizational transformations that streamline operations and deliver impactful results. Lauren is skilled at bringing together unique perspectives, fostering strong connections, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project. 

Lauren holds a B.Sc. from the University of Guelph and is PMP® certified with the Project Management Institute.
