Sujit Abraham is a research associate at the Conestoga Food Research & Innovation Lab. He holds a bachelor of science in hotel and hospitality administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, and diplomas in culinary management from George Brown College and Food Processing Technician from Conestoga College.
He has over 10 years of culinary and product development experience and has built and led several successful culinary teams while working for high volume restaurants. More recently he led the product and process development of several successfully launched plant based frozen products to retail nationally. He finds joy is finding approachable solutions for new or existing products.
