These relationships are also the start of crucial professional networks, which can be leveraged to connect mentees with valuable contacts, opportunities, and resources within the industry.
Sales coaches bring in experienced sales executives to meet each cohort and share their knowledge. This is also an opportunity for the mentors to meet the candidates and potentially see a fit with their organization. It is an unique opportunity for a private audience with the best and the brightest. Each term there are approximately 10-12 mentors in the lab.
